  1. This directory contains the latest version of FreeNet, currently version
  2. 2.00, uploaded on 19th October 1996. There is one archive available:

  6. This archive contains version 2.00 in its entirety. Please note that this
  7. and all future versions of FreeNet uses the DCI-4 protocol to interface
  8. with hardware drivers, so you may need to upgrade the drivers for any
  9. interface cards before you can use it.

  11. This directory also contains an archive of the last DCI-2 version of
  12. FreeNet, version 1.02, for anybody who cannot use DCI-4. It is available
